Obviously, the hymns attributed to "Author Unknown" "Unknown" or "Anonymous" could have been written by many people over a span of many centuries.

Arturo Gonzalez

Person Name: Arturo González Arranger of "DIOS ESTÁ AQUÍ" in Halle Halle J. Arturo Gonzalez Rivera (BA orchestral conducting, Conservatorio Nacional de Msica; MA choral conducting/Sacred Music, Southern Methodist University) was selected in November, 2009, to be the artistic director of Jubilate! Sacred Singers. He is currently a doctoral candidate in choral conducting at the University of Colorado in Boulder and has also studied at Westminster Choir School and the University of New Mexico under several prominent choral conductors. He was a semi-finalist in the 2009 American Choral Director Association conducting competition. Rivera has been a faculty member of El Paso Community College, the University of Texas in El Paso, East Central College in Saint Louis, Mo., and the University of Chihuahua in Mexico. He has directed choirs and orchestras since age 17 in Mexico, Central America, the U.S., and Spain. He has been guest conductor of the symphony orchestra of the National Conservatory of Music in Mexico City and the State Chamber Orchestra and Choir of the state of Queretaro, Mexico and music director of El Paso Association for the Performing Arts, Ballet/Theatre of the Border, East Central Summer Productions, Midwest Lyric Opera, and the Colorado Light Opera. b. 1943 Person Name: Simei Monterio Translator (Portuguese) of "Dios está aquí (God Is Here Today)" in Community of Christ Sings Simei Monteiro is a Brazilian poet, composer, translator, author and editor. She was Born in Belém, PA, Brazil in 1943. Her songs and translations appear in several hymn books and collections of sacred songs in Brazil, Latin America, USA, Europe, and Asia. She has a degree in Portuguese, French Language and Literature, and a Degree in Artistic Education. She is interested in worship and the arts, and her book: The Song of Life, explores the relationship between Hymnody and Theology. Until 2010, she was a missionary of The United Methodist Church, serving with the World Council of Churches (WCC), in Geneva, Switzerland, in the position of Worship Consultant. Raúl Galeano

Author of "God Is Here Today (Dios está aquí)" in Glory to God Raul Galeano was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is the son of Don and Dona Talavera Nestor Galeano Galeano Ortellado Ada. From an early age showed a passion for music and he began to play the guitar, under the teaching of Professor Rocco Dinusso, at age 9. Galeano family eventually emigrated to the United States and brothers Omar, Raul and Gladis had to learn English. There, while still a teenager his passion for music led him to stage theater and other media, where he served professionally, also credited in the execution of the drums (Drums) as second instrument. At age 22, motivated by his other passion, aviation, he walked away from the applause for approaching clouds and experience the joy of flying, as pilots can only feel it. Today Raul resides in the State of Florida with his wife and children, including little Emmanuel. And serves as executive of a passenger transport company, his passion for music and the aircraft is the same.
