1 Sing, ev’ry nation, sing for joy,
Join in the hymn of praise,
Voices united now employ
And anthems of gladness raise.
Mortal tongues repeat with angels from the sky,
“Praise eternal to the Lord Who reigns on high,
Pow’r and dominion, endless love
Be Thine, O Lord above!”

Wing, ev’ry nation,
Sing the everlasting glory of His name,
Sing all creation,
All His wonders and His powers now proclaim,
Sing of salvation,
Of redemption and of mercy and of love,
Sing, ev’ry nation,
Let the song of gladness ring above.

2 Sing, ev’ry nation, join today,
Praise Him each loyal voice,
His is the true and only way,
And in Him the saints rejoice;
Hear the chorus as it rings from shore to shore,
“Praise and honor shall be Thine forevermore,
Pray’rs of thanksgiving now we bring
To Thee our heav’nly King. [Refrain]

3 Sing, ev’ry nation, gladly sing,
Let not the echoes cease,
Long may the joyful chorus ring,
To tell us of love and peace;
Sing with angels that assemble round His throng,
“Praise unending unto Thee and Thee alone,
Glad adoration now be Thine,
