Born: Circa August 1845, Kings Lynn, Norfolk, England.
Died: December 24, 1922, Putney, London, England.
Hulton was educated at Oxford and at Cologne Conservatoire, and played the organ at St. Luke’s, Chelsea (1870-1904). As of 1881, he lived in London and was Professor of Music at "M.B. Oxon."
