Representative Text

1 Will you do what you can for the lost in sin?
Will you seek for those who have gone astray?
Will you watch, will you pray, will you strive to win
Ev’ry wand’rer from the world’s highway?

Refrain:
Will you do whate’er you can for the sinner unforgiv’n?
Will you bring them to the Saviour while you may?
Will you mark the narrow path to the shining courts of heav’n?
Will you lead them, will you keep them in the way?

2 Will you do what you can for the halt and blind,
who my grope their way in the midnight gloom?
Will you bear forth a light for the darkened mind?
Will you warn and save from the coming doom? [Refrain]

3 Will you do what you can that they may believe
In the Saviour’s name, and be truly blest?
Will you do what you can that they may receive
Of his wondrous grace, and enjoy his rest? [Refrain]
