Representative Text

1 Who will do his part,
With a loyal heart?
Who will stand for the Lord today?
Who, with steadfast nerve,
Will the Master serve?
Who will go where He leads the way?

Refrain:
Step forward, O friends of Jesus,
Uplift His banner high;
Step forward with faith and courage,
Let your songs echo to the sky.

2 Who will do his part,
With a loving heart,
Help and comfort to bright the sad?
Who will bear the light,
Pure and clear and bright?
Who will sing, making others glad? [Refrain]

3 Who will do his part,
With a joyful heart,
Looking on to the blessed hour,
When our harps shall ring,
When we’ll see our King;
His the glory, and His the pow’r. [Refrain]
