Representative Text

1 When I came to Jesus with my guilt and sin,
He cleansed my heart and put new life within;
With His Spirit present, ev’ry day has been,
A feast of blessings with my Lord and King.

Refrain:
I am living in Him and He lives in me,
From the power of sin His Spirit set me free;
In His love and care I shall ever be;
I shall dwell forever with my Lord and King.

2 When I came to Jesus I received my sight,
My blinded eyes were opened to the light,
Now by faith I see Him in His glory bright,
As my great Redeemer and my Lord and King. [Refrain]

3 When I came to Jesus how my soul was fed!
I quenched my thirsting at the fountain’s head;
It was then He gave me of the living bread,
And I’ll live forever with my Lord and King. [Refrain]

4 Since I came to Jesus I’ve been satisfied,
My ev’ry need has fully been supplied,
No request, according to His will, denied;
I’m abiding ever with my Lord and King. [Refrain]
