Tune: [Jesus is calling thee]
Published in 2 hymnals

Representative Text

1 Wanderer, Jesus calls!
O hear His voice
Pleading so tenderly;
Make Him your choice.

Chorus:
Jesus is calling,
His voice obey;
Child, come home,
No longer roam,
O sinner, come today.

2 Oft has He lovingly
For thy soul pled;
"For this time go thy way,"
Oft hast thou said. [Chorus]

3 Turn now, O wanderer!
From sin depart;
Lest thy rejecting oft,
Shall steel thy heart. [Chorus]

4 Fail not, O wanderer,
Wisely to choose;
The precious heav'nly gift,
Do not refuse [Chorus]
