Representative Text

1 Trust, and be of cheer, for the Lord is near,
With His old time gracious pow’r;
Only do His will, He is with us still;
Blessings brighten ev’ry hour.
Blessings brighten ev’ry hour.

Refrain:
Launch out! Launch out into the deep!
Launch out! Launch out into the deep!
Though the billows sweep,
He will guide and keep;
Launch out! Launch out into the deep!

2 Let no doubt assail grace will still prevail;
Now the Master’s word obey;
With a willing mind, larger service find,
Launching further out today.
Launching further out today. [Refrain]

3 Let the Saviour’s voice ev’ry heart rejoice,
“Cast your nets,” and treasure gain;
Speed your vessel on, jewels will be won;
Everlasting joys obtain.
Everlasting joys obtain. [Refrain]
