Representative Text

1 The blood, the blood hath cleansed my soul,
I’m saved from every sin;
Christ’s healing touch hath made me whole,
And he abides within.

Refrain:
O wondrous pow’r, O precious blood,
It cleanseth thro’ and thro’;
Oh, rise from out its healing flood,
In Christ the Lord made new.

2 The blood, the blood hath cleansed my soul,
I walk in love’s clear light,
And now my King hath full control,
And all my way is bright. [Refrain]

3 The blood, the blood hath cleansed my soul,
I’m happy all the day,
Christ’s healing touch hath made me whole,
My sins are washed away. [Refrain]
