Señor Jesús, eterno rey

Representative Text

1 Señor Jesús, eterno rey,
Acepta el culto que tu grey
Te rinde hoy con gran fervor
Y ofrece en prueba de su amor.

2 Que nuestro culto al ofrecer
Un pacto nuevo pueda ser
Del santo amor, que sólo a Ti
Debiera el alma darte aquí.

3 Y que tus gracias, buen Jesús,
Que mi alma llenan de tu luz,
Jamás me lleguen a faltar,
Y así no pueda desmayar.

4 Que cada instante pueda ver
Un nuevo triunfo de mi ser,
Creciendo en gozo, fe y amor,
Hasta llegar a Ti, Señor.

It was a residence most favourable for his health, and for the prosecution of his literary… Go to person page >
