Representative Text

1 Seeking the Lord of Glory,
Come to the house of pray’r,
Singing the gospel story,
Praising his gentle care.

Refrain:
Praise the Lord!Ring out the joyful chorus;
Praise the Lord! In notes of love and praise;
Praise the Lord! While all the world rejoices;
Praise, praise, praise the Lord!

2 Here will we find a blessing,
Peace at his blessed feet;
Humbly our sins confessing,
Gaining forgiveness sweet. [Refrain]

3 More of our Saviour’s beauty,
More of his love we see,
Gathering strength for duty,
Grateful for love so free. [Refrain]
