Our Little Band

Representative Text

1 Our little band is weak and few,
Like Gideon's band of old,

And fight with courage bold.

Refrain:
Jehovah God is on our side,
And He is more, more than all,
And since we in His shadows hide,

2 Jehovah God is on our side,

3 Tho' Satan's hosts be fierce and large,

But steadily upon them charge,
For Christ our hearts doth cheer. [Refrain]

4 The God who conquered Midian's host,
And Pharaoh's army drowned,
Will never let His saints be lost,
Tho' demons rage around. [Refrain]
