Representative Text

1 O ‘tis summer all the time
When we feel the love sublime,
Love that only Christ can give,
When He bids us look and live.

Refrain:
Yes, ‘tis summer all the time,
All the time, all the time,
When we feel the love sublime,
Then ‘tis summer all the time.

2 Glory beams are in the soul
When the Saviour holds control;
Mortal tongue can ne’er express
All its joy and blessedness. [Refrain]

3 In the heart is music sweet
When the cleansing is complete;
Welling up, glad songs arise,
To the Ruler of the skies. [Refrain]

4 Would you dwell in summer-land
Roam amid the meadows grand,
Feed on manna all the time?
Seek and find the love sublime. [Refrain]
