Representative Text

1 O bless the Saviour’s name!
His mighty grace proclaim,
His mercy ‘round our earthly pathway cast;
The Shepherd found his sheep,
His ransomed flock he’ll keep,
And lead them to his upper fold at last.

Refrain:
Wonderful Saviour,
Thee will I adore!
On wings of gladness
Love shall heav’nward soar;
Leading me onward tenderly,
Help me to follow trustfully,
Till in thy home thy face I see,
Singing forevermore.

2 He bore the cross for me,
He set the sinner free;
He sought me and my wand’ring soul restored;
He keeps me day by day,
He helps me on my way;
He fills my mouth with singing, praise the Lord. [Refrain]

3 No want my heart shall know,
For Jesus will bestow
The blessing that he sees is best for me;
With him I leave my care,
For he will answer prayer,
And to his name eternal praise shall be. [Refrain]
