Representative Text

1 No room for the Savior,
Who knocks at your door,
Though he has so often
Stood knocking before.

Refrain:
No room for the Savior,
No room for the Savior;
He’s lovingly calling;
Make room for him now.

2 No room for the Savior,
Who suffered and died
That you might be ransomed
With blood from his side. [Refrain]

3 No room for the Savior,
O soul, can it be
That you still refuse him,
Who suffered for thee? [Refrain]

4 No room for the Savior,
No room in your heart;
Oh, tell him to enter
Ere he shall depart. [Refrain]

5 “No room for my spirit,”
Soon may be your cry—
“Jesus has prepared me
No mansion on high.” [Refrain]
