La sonorilojn aŭdis mi

Representative Text

1 La sonorilojn aŭdis mi
En jam konata melodi':
Ripet-raport' laŭ Dia vort':
"Sur tero, pac'; al homoj, bon'!"

2 Mi notis, ke je tiu tag',
Belfridoj sub ja ĉiu flag'
Anoncas ĝin: la jarkulmin':
"Sur tero, pac'; al homoj, bon'!"

3 "Sur tero, ve," suspiris mi,
"Ne estas paco!" Diris mi:
"Malamon fortan frontas vort'
Pri tera pac' kaj homa bon'!"

4 Pli laŭtis la karol-ari':
"Nek mortis nek dormadas Di'!
Maljuston venkos justo, ja
'Sur tero, pac'; al homoj, bon'!"

5 Trilinte, tinte, en seren'
La glob' turniĝis al maten',
Senlima ĉant', sublima kant':
Sur tero, pac'; al homoj, bon'!
