Representative Text

1 I am saved by the blood,
Reconciled unto God,
And my joy there’s no tongue can express;
Only Jesus I’ll know,
And no other below,
For in Him every good I possess.

2 He a table hath spread,
Where the hungry are fed;
Living water His hand doth supply;
For the thirsty it flows,
And new life it bestows;
You may come without money and buy.

3 When the good fight is fought,
O how blessed the thought,
That for me there remaineth a rest;
Earthly trials all past,
There is vict’ry at last,
And a robe and a crown with the blest.
