Representative Text

1 Have you been cleansed from your guilt and your sin,
Your burden of care roll’d away;
Have you His peace now abiding within?
Then tell it to someone today.

Refrain:
Tell it, O tell the glad story,
Tell it to someone today;
Swiftly the moments are passing,
O tell it to someone today.

2 If we would tell with our hearts fill’d with love,
The story of dark Calvary;
Souls would be touched by the message divine,
And won, His disciples to be. [Refrain]

3 Swiftly the moments are passing away,
Awake, there’s no time for delay;
Souls now are perishing far from the fold,
O tell them of Jesus today. [Refrain]
