Easter Anthem

Representative Text

Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
Shine, thou sun with vernal brightness!
Float ye clouds in silv'ry lightness!
Sing, ye birds, your music blending,
Heav'nward choral praises sending!
Clap your hands, redeemed creation!
Lift your voices in elation!
Tell, O tell to God's election
Of the Saviour's resurrection!
Come, ye nations, sinful nations,
In Him find a new creation!
Justified, O tell the story!
Sanctified, O glory, glory.
Justified, O tell the story!
Sanctified, O glory, glory.
In the Lord we find it;
Sinners, Christians, mind it!
Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
