Born: March 9, 1912, Jameson, Missouri. Died: August 26, 2006, Parkdale Manor, Maryville, Missouri. Buried: Oak Hill Cemetery, Maryville, Missouri. Lloyd was educated at Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville (BS) and the University of Missouri Kansas City (MA). She taught in Missouri elementary and secondary schools, and English literature 15 years at Northwest Missouri State University. She also directed the Women’s Mission Union.
