Representative Text

1 Blessed Jesus, tender Shepherd,
We thy little lambs would be;
We would follow in thy footsteps,
We would serve thee faithfully.

Chorus:
Blessed Jesus, loving Savior,
Give us grace to follow thee;
Daily walking in thy footsteps
Till we all thy glory see.

2 Let us never faint or falter,
May we love whate’er is right;
Let us keep thy precepts holy,
Walking blameless in thy sight. [Chorus]

3 May we never, never grieve thee,
Let us shun whate’er is wrong;
Let us do the things that please thee,
Let us praise thee in our song. [Chorus]
