Come, Holy Ghost

Representative Text

1 Belov'd of all the saints most dear,
Into Thy fruitful garden roam;
Behold what pleasant fruits are here!
And all for Thee! O Jesus, come.

Refrain:
O come, Lord Jesus, come
Yes, come, O Holy One,
O feast with us today,
Abide with us, we pray.

2 Here are long suff'ring, love and peace,
And goodness, faith, and meekness, too,
And temp'rance, joy and gentleness,
In lovely clusters hang in view. [Refrain]

3 Come, O belov'd, we hail Thee, come,
Make glad our hearts by drawing nigh;
Within Thy vineyard make Thy home;
O come, no longer pass us by. [Refrain]
