1 Beautiful band of angels
Speaking from heav’n to me,
Charming my anxious spirit
With holy ecstacy.

Refrain:
Angels, angels,
Beautiful band of angels,
Spirits of light to cheer our night,
Beautiful band of angels.

2 Beautiful band of angels
Bidding us doubt no more;
Your priceless words of wisdom
Add to our earthly store. [Refrain]

3 Beautiful band of angels
Telling of love divine;
Ye are God’s blest evangels,
Cheering this heart of mine. [Refrain]

Calling to rest and home;
Soon we shall hear your welcome,
Soon to your arms we’ll come. [Refrain]
