Wyburn, who was then superintendent of the Mission. John Wyburn later became assistant superintendent and then superintendent of the McAuley Water Street Mission. She wrote the book, But Until Seventy Times Seven (New York, 1936) a story of the mission through the lives of its three early leaders.
