I'm doing a spreadsheet for "Espero Internacia", and at the moment I'm using the following columns:

Hymn number
Page number
Page copyrighted
Text authority
Title
First line
Text meter
Publication date
Refrain first line
Language
Original language
Original language title
Notes
Text copyrighted
Text person name
Text person authority
Text person relationship
Text date
Text language
Text copyright statement
Text source
Tune name
Tune authority
Incipit Key
Meter
Tune person name
Tune person authority
Tune relationship
Tune date
Tune copyright statement
Tune source

Is this a complete, current, correctly labeled set of columns? Should "Text date" and "Tune date" read "Text year" and "Tune year" (as currently shown in the wiki)? Other than that I took the list in the wiki (here) as my Spreadsheet authority.

There are discrepancies between the list on the wiki page and the example at the foot of the same page. Most bothersome to me is the "Language" versus/plus? "Text language" issue. At the moment I'm using both, but one seems clearly redundant. Also, there is an apparent redundancy in the inclusion of separate "Text Meter" and "Tune Meter" columns, when the instructions appear to state that they are the same.

"Language" and "Text language" both refer to the same field, so having both is redundant. "Text language" is the preferred column name, but I just updated the import scripts so that you can use either column name and it will do the same thing. I also changed the code so that you can use just one "Meter" column instead of separate "Text meter" and "Tune meter" columns. In the case of "Text year" and "Tune year," those are the preferred column names, but "Text date" and "Tune date" are also acceptable. These changes should all be working on the site tomorrow. I will take a look at the wiki pages and update the examples so that everything is consistent.
