Actually, it is possible, and we would greatly appreciate the help.
Basically, users can be given "editor" permissions that let them edit a hymnal -- or edit any hymnal. There is a training process for becoming an editor -- see the wiki.
If you would just like to add texts for a particular hymnal, another possibility would be for us to email you a spreadsheet for the hymnal. You could enter the texts into the spreadsheet and mail it back. Please contact me if interested.
