Q re final "Amen"

You are here

Nowhere in the wiki does it describe how to enter the final Amen, if one appears at the end of a given hymn text. In some hymnals, such a concluding Amen is appended to all hymns; in others it only appears alongside some. If in the INSTANCE files we are trying to be true to what appears in the hymnal itself, we need to include the Amen.

This should be done in a consistent form and follow a consistent format. I suggest that this simply be included at the end, with a blank line separating it from the last stanza:

7 From Thy house when I return,
May my heart within me burn,
And at evening let me say,
"I have walked with God today."

Amen.
