Unsuccessful search! Can anybody help?

I'm looking for a Roman Catholic hymn from about the 1960's--one that was frequently sung at ordinations.

I searched by melody and the results were not helpful.  (I may have not used the software correctly?)  Maybe one of you will recognize it?

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me

  Mi do do do do do re mi do do

For the Lord has anointed me.

  Do do sol sol sol la la sol

He has sent me to bring glad tidings

  Sol sol do(up) do do la do sol mi do

To the lowly, to the lowly.

  Re mi do do re mi do do

I can't vouch for remembering that melody 100% but I think anyone who knows the song will recognize my attempt.

There are quite a few hymns based on Isaiah 61:1 but this one has special memories for me.
