There's a DiNAH record of this "Christmas Annual" in the database, but it's just that, DNAH, no texts, and only six first lines for that matter. I'm wondering if there's any record of where the indexer got the copy they worked from, i.e. whether it's in a library, or was in the private collection of someone now probably deceased, or what. I'm trying to come up with a Fanny Crosby Christmas hymn that starts "All hail the day our Lord was born".

This is a serial publication (like a journal subscription). It is held at the Newberry Library in Illinois and The General Theological Seminary library in New York.
