To the God who cannot die

Sorry, I accidentally deleted the question. Our system added what looked like 4 separate comments that were actually the same.

"To the God who cannot die" and "I say "Yes" my Lord" should be separate records. Some hymnals, or editions, include the verses and some have just the refrain. We want to make this clear for people who are looking for the verse. Also the verse and the refrain are different tunes.
