I am not sure if this is the place to ask, but during the COVID-19 pandemic - where do we go to ask permission to use a particular psalm setting for a you tube stream?
Do you mean a specific score or a specific video? If video, just ask the person who uploaded it. If score, anything in public domain is free to use. Other than that, I would contact the publisher.
