Confusion over page scans

Hey, I'm new here, though I've used this site a lot. I found a page scan of a song that I am planning to use at church but didn't realize my church didn't have a copy of. It's Wonderful, Merciful Savior. https://hymnary.org/hymn/CLH2006/page/8 Do we legally have permission to use page scans?

"Wonderful, Merciful Savior" is copyrighted and the page scan was made available by mistake. We apologize for the confusion. You may use page scans of hymns that are in the public domain.

Thank you, that makes sense. Is there a way to purchase one of these page scans? It's pretty much what I need; the full arrangements available are too much.

The Christian Life Hymnal is quite the bargain at $8 from the Christian Book website (www.christianbook.com)
