I think the date of the hymnal Christian Melodies, 2nd ed. is 1852, not 1854. I can modify the date in the details of the hymnal, but I cannot change it in the authority ID.

It's okay to leave the hymnal ID as it is. According to WorldCat, there was a 2nd edition published in 1852, 1853, and 1854. The DNAH indexer used one with an 1854 date, however, we have a copy available to us with an 1852 date. The date should be changed in the hymnal details, and check the box under the date that says "Apply date to the hymnal instances" so the instances will have the date 1852 instead of 1854.
