Searching for tune and trying to "flip the accidentals"

I posted this on Facebook:

Trying to identify the tune HEUREUX CELUI QUI FUIT by Louis (Loys) Bourgeois, used for Psalm 1 (hymn #61) in the 1958 Japanese Protestant hymnal 聖歌 [Seika]. Anybody out there know another name it might go by, or whether it was used for Psalm 1 in any of the Genevan psalters? I find it amusing that Hymnary.org's automated tune search tool comes up with two Ackley tunes as first choices.

But I have been unable to "flip the accidentals" (the button with the flat / sharp on it remains gray. Not sure that having the F's sharped would help in the results, but the Seika instance does have two sharps; no C's occur in the incipit.

So, how does one activate the accidental flipper, and does anyone recognize the tune?

Yes, this tune was used for Psalm 1 in the Genevan Psalter. The first few lines of the Psalm are "Heureux celui qui fuit."

When using the Melody Search, it is not necessary to flip the accidentals. To sharp or flat a note, click on the black keys.

The instructions make it sound as if you are supposed to use the (inoperable) ♭/♯ button, but I'll certainly avoid it from now on; black keys are as good or better.

I wonder if all 24 of the tunes in Seika's "Psalms to be sung" section are from the corresponding Genevan psalms. Is a Genevan psalter in the database? Even though it's a bit outdated and foreign and whatnot, it might be a really nice addition. I don't have one at hand or I'd do it myself.

Is HEUREUX CELUI QUI FUIT in the database under some other name? The gray Psalter Hymnal uses another tune for Psalm 1, and I looked unsuccessfully for GENEVAN 1 (and through the tune list on Bourgeois' person page).

Here is a scan of Seika 61, for any who might like to see what tune (and instance) I'm talking about.

We do not have a Genevan Psalter in the database. I found a copy in Google Books by searching "Heureux celui qui fuit"
