FESTAL SONG absurdities at The Cyber Hymnal #5820

Here's another really screwy Cyber Hymnal entry: Rise up, O men of God, where the composer is given as FESTAL SONG but the tune it links to is ENGLISH ORCHARD. I ran across this in connection with a similar but much less severe error linking WONDERFUL PEACE (Cooper) with ENGLISH ORCHARD. I think I fixed that one, or at least improved it, but "Rise up, O men of God" looks like it needs a makeover from the toes up.
