Why no decimal places in percentage reports?

In a case like this screenshot it would be really helpful, I think, if the results were configured to report up to hundredths of a percent instead of just whole numbers percent. The graph reads "0 ... 0.05 ... 0.1 ... 0.15" on the percent-of-instances axis, but the results are simply "0%" all the way along. It should be possible to reconfigure this to be more informative.
