Why doesn't WILSON (Wilson) show up in the page scans?

I'm trying to figure out why at the text authority page for Christ is risen, Christ is risen! the one instance of its pairing with the tune WILSON (Wilson) doesn't show up among the page scans. All the scans at the text authority page show Sullivan's RESURREXIT. There is a scan of the WILSON instance, but it only shows up at its tune's tune authority page. Why isn't it visible at the text page?

The reason was that only one hymn per hymnal was being displayed due to the way the database query was structured. This has now been changed so all the tunes in the hymnal should show up. WILSON is the second tune from "The Hymnal, Revised and Enlarged...Protestant Episcopal Church...1892". This hymnal does not have tune names on the hymns so it is title "[Christ is risen! Christ is risen!]". However, the hymnal does have tune names in the index so these tune names were used in the Tune Authority.
