Why the weird page-scan illustration?

Why does the text authority for Adeste fideles, laeti triumphantes have this poor-quality page scan where one expects this image?

If there is a PDF for the score, the authority pulls it in and displays it. In this case the PDF's were from Training hymnals that hadn't been deleted. Only logged in editors would have seen the weird page scan since the hymnals were "unpublished"
