Heaven and Earth and Sea and Air

There are two competing authorities:

heaven_and_earth_and_sea_and_air_all_the (5 instances)
and
heaven_and_earth_and_sea_and_air_gods_et (47 instances)

A cursory glance suggests that a majority of the 47 "gods_et" instances actually read "all_the[ir]".

The two hymns are fairly similar variant translations of a single Neander text, so I am going to combine the 52 instances under "all_the". I am not sure there is a reason to have two authorities, but if there is, at least this way the lesser will be easier to separate out from the more numerous, rather than the (current) opposite case.
