0% vs 1% - request for decimal places

In looking at the graphs I frequently wish that the mouse-over data were a bit more precise in its percentages. In the case shown here, for 1774 the graph reads 1% but for all other years in which there was any instance, it shows 0%.

Of course, if I were a serious statistician I would realize that a hymn this rarely instanced is effectively at 0% (no instances, for instance, in any of the years from 1775 to 1794 inclusive).
