Why the silent page scans? (Iverson text variant issue)

There is a page scan here, so why is there no page scan icon to the right of the pertinent entry here? The earliest page scan so noted is from 1989. I'm trying to research an issue in the textual history of Iverson's song, and it would be much easier if all page scans were acknowledged on the Instance lists. I've notice Hymnal 1940 often has unacknowledged page scans, too.

The issue I'm trying to determine is the {{ relationship between / authorship of }} the textual variant where the third line goes

"Melt me, mo(u)ld me, fill me, use me"

and the one that goes

"Break me, melt me, mo(u)ld me, fill me".

Are they both by Iverson? If not, which one is, and who is the other one by? And which is older, and is W. G. Hathaway in some way involved in this?

Most of the hymnals indicate that this hymn is copyrighted. That is why the page scan icons don't show up.
