Undocumented ascriptions of doubtful veracity

I just removed the "author=Elizabeth Scott" data from all the page-scanned hymnals where that authorship of "Arise, and hail the Sacred Day" was listed in the database. Not one of the page scans shows her as author, and I have my doubts about all of the others that make this claim. But I only corrected the ones where the evidence is clear that they do NOT make that claim.

Please don't go using a shotgun to assign authorship. Just because one instance says something does not mean 25 others should be asserted to say the same thing. It's damaging to the good name of the Hymnary. (See recent Fasola Discussion threads.) And it just took an hour of my life to correct it. I will also remove any undocumented attributions of "Away in a manger" to Martin Luther.

I removed the "Martin Luther" authorship from two page-scanned hymnals that did NOT show such authorship, and also changed one instance from "Author: Martin Luther" to "Ascribed to: Martin Luther" (which is how the hymnal actually worded it).
