J. R. Griggs' "They Crucified My Lord"

The text authority page for the African-American spiritual "They crucified my Lord" cites an unknown "J. R. Griggs" as author, on the strength of one instance in Salvation Songs for Children #3 (1947). I strongly suspect that either this is a misattribution (in which case it shouldn't appear as fact on the authority page) or else the instance in question is a different hymn with the same first line. But I don't have the right issue of Salvation Songs for Children so I can't check it out. I do have #1 and #2, but not #3 or #4. If someone does, could you please appropriately redirect the instance to a new authority? Thanks!
