PHH error, or just lack of clarity?

In the Notes on WINCHESTER NEW, there is a link to "PHH 267": "The melody was also used by John and Charles Wesley (PHH 267) for their texts..." but the tune linked to is SAGINA, not WINCHESTER NEW. So is this a case of mistaken supposition that PHH numbers = PsH numbers, or is it a matter of the Wesleys having used WINCHESTER NEW for the text now set to SAGINA, and this not being clearly explained, or is it something else?

The link is to the Psalter Hymnal Handbook information about the text of PsH 267 which is the first hymn in the Psalter Hymnal by Charles Wesley. The information includes biographical information on the Wesleys.
