The Death and Resurrection of Samuel Reay

The Computer just killed off Samuel Reay, but I brought him back to life, a new creation.

Could somebody competent (in the sense of computer-savvier than moi) look at Change Log #589231 and try to see what happened there? I noticed that I was being offered "reay_s" as a PersonID for Samuel Reay, so I decided to move it to Reay_S since that is the normal format for Persons' IDs. But I was told that Reay_S already existed, did I want to merge the records instead. I said yes, and performed the change as shown, but then was told that Reay_S did not exist, and when I went back to check my work, was also told that reay_s did not exist. His name (under whichever ID) had been removed from all his tunes' Tune Authorities, too. He had essentially been killed and buried in an unmarked grave. So I created a new Person called Reay_S, and went into all of Reay's tune authorities and added him back in manually, one by one.

A lot of extra work for a minor composer attacked by a technological Glitch that passeth my understanding.
