O Praise Ye the Lord! - Wesley or Baker

I'm installing the initial information about CLH2006, and #26 is "O Praise Ye the Lord!", which it ascribes to Henry Williams Baker, as does The Cyber Hymnal™, yet the database says Charles Wesley. There are no page scans, and at least none of the post-1979 instances mentions Wesley (but then none of them has an Author listed). It strikes me as quite plausible that Wesley may have written a hymn or poem with that first line, but I am inclined to suspect that Baker is the author of this particular text. Anybody really know?

CLH2006 also has three settings of "Love Divine, All Loves Excelling" (BEECHER, BLAENWERN and HYFRYDOL!), and I noticed that the text authority's ID said "love" where it should say "loves", but when I changed it to accord with the facts, it screwed up the "All tunes used with" feature, so I changed it back. Still, I think it should really be "love_divine_all_loves_excelling_joy_of_h[e]".
