For A Psalter where each Psalm is simply titled "Psalm #", what should the hymn number and title be? I've seen at least one where "P.#" was used for numbering, and it seems we are using first lines for titles. Should we use Roman numerals where they are used in these Psalters? If long Psalms are divided into parts, should the parts be separate hymns, since they would usually be sung one part at a time?

We use "P.#" in hymnals where there are Psalms that are numbered and hymns or other sections that are numbered separately. If it is only a Psalter, there is no need to preface the number with a "P." If the "Psalm #" looks like a title, you can use it as a title, however, a title is not required. Not every hymn or psalm has a title. Be sure to add the Psalm to the Scripture Reference field. You should use Roman numerals if the hymnal uses them. If it looks like the Psalm parts would be sung separately then make separate hymns out of them.
