Page scans in Chrome

For some reason when I use the Chrome web browser some page scans do not show up. The 1912 Psalter is an example of one where the scans do not show up. The Gray Psalter Hymnal is an example of one that does.

Also, it might be just me, but Chrome seems to run much slower on Hymnary than Explorer.

I have all kinds of problems with Chrome, not just here but e.g. in Facebook, where it keeps telling me my page is in Malay or (more often) Slovak and asking if I want to translate it.

Safari, IE and Firefox all seem to work well here; my Firefox often crashes, but I think it's my copy (or my computer), not Hymnary's fault, as it often happens on other sites as well. But when it's not crashing it works the best of the lot. ;-)
