DOC

I was creating a new hymnal, "Hymns and Songs of the Spirit", HymnsSoS I call it, which is a 1966 joint American Baptist/Disciples of Christ publication, and when trying to assign it to a Denominational label, I found I had to choose between "Christian Church/Disciples of Christ" and "Christian Church (Disciples of Christ)". Is one of these to be preferred, and if so, which, so they can be merged under the preferred form? I see that the Wikipedia article uses the (DOC) format.
