TON-Y-BOTL

The tune page on EBENEZER (Williams) quotes the Psalter Hymnal Handbook as saying the "tune is known in some hymnals as TON-Y-BOTL"; I don't have a copy of the handbook, so I can't tell whether it actually says "BOTL", or "BOTEL" (which is more usual, and, I think, better Welsh; BOTL looks more Yiddish). So I don't know if I should correct it... would someone with a Handbook handy please check it? Thx
